the receptions staff were very slow and they could not speak English very well. I asked for a nonsmoking room but there was the smell of smoke in my room There was insects in the shower The bed sheets were not clean and new

Quite satisfied with the hotel service even though it is not optimal.
The hotel is located on the main road, close to convenience stores, food and coffee shops. Friendly hotel staff and fast service. The hotel rooms are quite spacious with comfortable interiors. Hotel operations are trying to survive the covid-19 pandemic.
This hotel is trying to survive during this covid-19 pandemic, hot water facilities don't work, hopefully it can be resolved soon. Cleanliness is maintained even though it is not optimal, it can be understood in a situation like this.

Staff were hospitable and friendly but clearly need management direction
Whole hotel is very rundown, lots of mold, one room had no hot water throughout the stay, another had no air conditioning. In spite of having reported these problems in the morning after arrival, the situations remained unsolved Engineering visited room without air conditioning, said the problem was solved but it wasn't. Other rooms had smelly, mouldy towels. Breakfast quality and room very poor quality. Swimming pool water was green due to lack of maintenance...
